Congratulations on becoming the new Technical Chair of the IEEE Student Branch at the University of California San Diego!

What to know

Please review the hosting events docs for event reservations.

  1. Chairs would have to book the room first before submitting the event form
  2. For HBR room booking we need to check the availability on the hbr google calendar and reach out to Julie Moritz
  3. We also need to create the food bill first before submitting the event form (no need to order the food right now just need to create the bill)
  4. Submit the event form
  5. Would need to place food order closer to the event This is all the info I have gathered from my experience. Got most of it from Shipra during my onboarding so if you are looking for more info regarding event booking I think she would know more.
